SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMES

We will ship the product(s) you ordered to the address indicated on the Order Confirmation according to the shipping method you will choose.

Separate charges for shipping, handling, duties and taxes will be shown separately on the Order Confirmation for each order, as applicable. Canadian customers are responsible for all sales, use, goods and services, harmonized sales, and other taxes associated with the order.

The orders are shipped by Canpar, Canada Post, US Postal Service or FedEx depending on the delivery address.

Delivery times provided above are only estimates. We shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED AND CONTACT NUMBER

It is our standard policy, to request a signature for all orders that we deliver, in order to avoid any lost orders. If the recipient is not present at the designated address at the time of delivery, the carrier will try to contact you in order to make alternative arrangements. It is understood and agreed that you, as the recipient, accept this responsibility. We shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from loss of the order after delivery to the address chosen, in the manner chosen by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The international shipping fees do not include any import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. The recipient of an order will be responsible for any import duties, taxes and/or customs amounts charged by the recipient’s country. We cannot provide at checkout an estimate of import duties, taxes and/or customs charges as this information will vary by country.

We cannot adjust the value of your purchase. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.

For any order refused at delivery, the recipient will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the order.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada and the US. Our free shipping program does not apply to international orders. All international prices are in United States dollars (US $).

Warehouse sale

The items of the warehouse sale are FINAL SALE. No Echange/Return/Refund/Credit note will be accepted.

The Fine Print

A full refund or exchange on all regular priced items if they are returned in their original condition, with original tags, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt

or

A credit note or exchange will be issued for all items on sale or discounted, returned in their original condition, with original tags, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

Notwithstanding the above, all undergarments are final sale; no refund, exchange or credit note will be issued for undergarments.

Pre-paid Return Label (Canadian orders only)

A pre-paid shipping label will be included with all Canadian orders thereby saving you return shipment fees.

Shipment / Order Error

In the event the items received do not correspond to your original order (product is defective or wrong color, size), Parasuco will issue a call tag to have the item picked up or reimburse your return freight cost (if applicable). In the case of an exchange, Parasuco will also re-ship your item free of charge, however the customer is repsonsible for the return freight on exchanges.

Incomplete Returns / Missing Tags

When returned items do not have their original tags, Parasuco may deduct $10.00 from the amount refunded or credited in order to cover the costs of re-packaging, or may add a $10 charge to the price of the product being exchanged.

Last Call Section

All of our products listed in the “LAST CALL” section are Final Sale and cannot be returned/exchanged or credited (E-Gift Card)

How to Request a Return / Exchange

You MUST send an e-mail to SalesSupport@Parasuco.com or CALL customer service at 1-855-856-6888 requesting an authorization for return. The subject line of the e-mail should be "RMA request – Order number [your order #]". A Parasuco Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. Parasuco will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Canada Returns: Once you receive your RMA #, include a printout copy inside the box with your return item(s) and send it back to the address below.

USA Returns: All returns MUST be sent via a traceable USPS service. Attach a copy of your original email invoice and RMA confirmation email to the outside of the box and send it to the address below.

You are responsible for any loss of the returned items until Parasuco receives them, therefore insuring the shipment and tracking is highly recommended. When applicable, your payment will be refunded to your account within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. If you return an item not accompanied by the required paperwork there may be a delay in processing your return or in refunding your money or in the denial of the return altogether.
