Warehouse sale
The items of the warehouse sale are FINAL SALE. No Echange/Return/Refund/Credit note will be accepted.
The Fine Print
A full refund or exchange on all regular priced items if they are returned in their original condition, with original tags, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt
or
A credit note or exchange will be issued for all items on sale or discounted, returned in their original condition, with original tags, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
Notwithstanding the above, all undergarments are final sale; no refund, exchange or credit note will be issued for undergarments.
Pre-paid Return Label (Canadian orders only)
A pre-paid shipping label will be included with all Canadian orders thereby saving you return shipment fees.
Shipment / Order Error
In the event the items received do not correspond to your original order (product is defective or wrong color, size), Parasuco will issue a call tag to have the item picked up or reimburse your return freight cost (if applicable). In the case of an exchange, Parasuco will also re-ship your item free of charge, however the customer is repsonsible for the return freight on exchanges.
Incomplete Returns / Missing Tags
When returned items do not have their original tags, Parasuco may deduct $10.00 from the amount refunded or credited in order to cover the costs of re-packaging, or may add a $10 charge to the price of the product being exchanged.
Last Call Section
All of our products listed in the “LAST CALL” section are Final Sale and cannot be returned/exchanged or credited (E-Gift Card)
How to Request a Return / Exchange
You MUST send an e-mail to SalesSupport@Parasuco.com or CALL customer service at 1-855-856-6888 requesting an authorization for return. The subject line of the e-mail should be "RMA request – Order number [your order #]". A Parasuco Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. Parasuco will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Canada Returns: Once you receive your RMA #, include a printout copy inside the box with your return item(s) and send it back to the address below.
USA Returns: All returns MUST be sent via a traceable USPS service. Attach a copy of your original email invoice and RMA confirmation email to the outside of the box and send it to the address below.

You are responsible for any loss of the returned items until Parasuco receives them, therefore insuring the shipment and tracking is highly recommended. When applicable, your payment will be refunded to your account within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. If you return an item not accompanied by the required paperwork there may be a delay in processing your return or in refunding your money or in the denial of the return altogether.
